End User License Agreement · Last updated: June 26, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Voxwave LLC ("we", "us"), which operates the Readity app and services ("Readity"), and govern your use of Readity. By creating an account or using Readity, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Readity.
Readity converts articles, web pages, PDFs, documents, and text you choose into natural-sounding audio for your personal listening, and offers related reading and study features. Some features require a paid subscription (see below).
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction (and at least 13).
Do not use Readity to import or generate content that is illegal, infringing, or that you do not have the right to use; to abuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service; or to circumvent usage limits or access controls.
Readity relies on third parties (including Apple, Supabase, Fish Audio, and OpenAI) to operate. Your use of those services through Readity is also subject to their terms, and our data practices are described in our Privacy Policy.
Readity is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated audio will be accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of Readity. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You may stop using Readity and delete your account at any time (Settings → Delete account). We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Readity grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Readity app on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules (including access by other accounts associated with you through Family Sharing).
These Terms are between you and Readity only, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Readity or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app (including product liability, legal or regulatory non-compliance, consumer protection, or intellectual-property claims). You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist-supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
We may update these Terms and will post the revised version here with a new date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where local consumer law gives you stronger protections.
Questions, complaints, or claims about these Terms or about Readity should be directed to: Voxwave LLC (operator of Readity). Phone: 361-206-1265. Email: support@readity.app.
